What Coaching is Not
Coaching is not therapy. Conscious Time Coaching sees you as whole, creative and resourceful, the expert of your life. Coaching is not consulting. Conscious Time Coaching will not offer to fix problems or provide solutions because only you know how to be the best version of you.
A coaching conversation or session is a safe place to uncover the essence of what you want, to address what is getting in the way and to explore powerful ways to take new action. What would you like to change, shift or improve? What would success in this area look like to you? You bring the focus to each conversation.
